The position combines IT support, endpoint and identity management, systems administration, and cybersecurity. As the organization continues to grow, the role will also expand into supporting and optimizing key business platforms, including HubSpot and SharePoint.

What You'll Do

IT Support & Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support across the organization.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues across macOS and Windows environments.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, and access controls.
  • Own device procurement, configuration, inventory, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
  • Maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, processes, and support workflows.
  • Establish and manage service-level expectations while continuously improving IT responsiveness and the employee experience.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support for critical incidents.

Endpoint & Identity Management

  • Own and administer endpoint management platforms such as Addigy, Microsoft Intune, or similar tools.
  • Manage device compliance, patching, software deployment, configuration, and security policies.
  • Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls.
  • Maintain strong security and compliance standards across the organization's endpoints and user accounts.
  • Manage the complete device lifecycle from procurement through decommissioning.

Systems Administration

  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and user management.
  • Manage VPN access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and optimize endpoint protection, monitoring, and other cybersecurity tools.
  • Troubleshoot and support SaaS applications and integrations.
  • Partner with leadership and internal teams to ensure technology systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and automation as the organization grows.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Implement and maintain security best practices across endpoints, applications, and systems.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents.
  • Support organizational compliance initiatives, including SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar frameworks when applicable.
  • Help develop and maintain security awareness and training programs for employees.
  • Partner with the organization's security team to ensure security, monitoring, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.

As you become established in the role, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for key business platforms, including HubSpot and SharePoint.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for HubSpot and SharePoint users.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, permissions, and basic workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve system usability and data integrity.
  • Develop deeper ownership of HubSpot and SharePoint administration over time.
  • Evaluate and support additional business applications as the organization scales.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support and/or systems administration experience.
  • Experience working in a growing organization where you have owned or significantly contributed to the internal IT environment.
  • Experience working alongside or replacing an MSP and taking greater ownership of internal IT operations.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing needs, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
  • Ability to observe a PTO blackout period from November through January.

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is preferred but not required and represents opportunities for growth within the role:
